To the OWNERS of this product..,

[1] Before doing anything buy a 64 GB microSD, format it to NTFS (option in laptop) & put it on your laptop all the time. ( 128 GB is hanging alot ). I'm using Strontium nitro 566X 64gb (read speed up to 85Mbps)

[2] Open Acer Quick Access application & turn on the Bluelight Shield. This is going to protect to eye for sure.

[3] Now let's create folders named 'Downloads', 'Music', 'Documents', 'Videos', 'Pictures', 'Desktop' in the SD card .
Right click on the C/ Downloads and on Properties => Location => Move, to the SD card 'Downloads' ( we just created ). Repeat this procedure for Music, Videos, Documents, Pictuers & Desktop...So all your files will be automatically saved to SD card than to C drive.

[4]. Right click on SD card and on Properties select Hardware => Properties => Change settings ( General ) => Policies => Better performance. This will enhance SD card performance.

[5] In the Settings of computer, select System => Storage => Change where new content is saved & change the default storage from C drive to SD card ( D drive )

[6]. Open Microsoft Edge ( browser ) & search Windows 10 update tool. From the Microsoft site which opens up, click "Update now", it'll install Windows10Upgrade.exe. Open it to upgrade windows to the latest Creators version. Never update via the Settings => Update at first., because you'll end up in short of available memory. All windows updates will automatically clear previous Windows versions after 10 days ( or earlier if u need) & memory will be back to normal.

1, Only 32 GB internal memory of which about 13 GB user available. You are going to run out of space easily. ( unless you follow above steps )

2, Not at all a laggy device but never meant for heavy duty.

5, It's not the manufacturers fault to limit the memory to 32gb/2gb ram but it's Microsoft policy which binds the product.

So in this price range you can notice all products having same specs..
It includes Micromax (below 10,000, only laptop service center in Delhi) , Dell ( 12,000 but not 2 in 1), Lenovo ( 16,999, priced higher ) etc..

6, There are many similar Acer models within the similar price range like Acer S1003 but they're all either old models with lower Atom processors or using 32bit architecture. So do check further details before buying any of those.

7, I bought this device at a price of 16,999 but now it's ranging between 15,500 to 16,500. So better check the price for 3 consecutive days before checkout..
